Inside Sales Manager - Well Established Hi-Tech Manufacturer. Seeks motivational team leader.

You bring a min. 3 years experiance in an outbound B to B call center environment-inside sales department. You must have exp. that includes hiring, training and phone script developement, and management of one call closers, territory management and T/O closers. Exp. with contact management software (Goldmine preferred) a must.
