*Cockroach/insect killing service, yes I know girls have a genuine need for someone to squash those critters and I am happy to do that :)

* Great company for movies never complains while watching chick flick, though I prefer action, comedy and horror, but will watch chick flicks happily.


* Very spontaneous, can go on road trip without any planning anytime of the day.


* Love outdoor stuff, lives a balance life between doing things outside and staying indoor.


* Loves cooking, I won't say I am a good cook but I try my best and I always do dishes after finishing cooking.


* Clean but not anal, never leave the seat up. (I don't even understand why this is such a big deal)


* Owns my own place, no kids no crazy stalker type ex.
