Data Processor/Account Manager

Excellent time management and organization skills are essential. Account managers must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.



Responsibilities:

Receive and prepare sales and inventory data files

Upload files and clean data records through our custom web application

Audit and maintain data quality

Troubleshoot and resolve data problems and inconsistencies.

Extract and transform data

Document processes and daily activities

Meet client deadlines

Communicate with clients by phone and email

Provide regular account updates

Respond to critical problems

Identify ongoing needs





Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

40+ WPM typing skills

Above average attention to detail

Ability to recognize inconsistencies in data sets

Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines

Above average Excel knowledge

At least average Word and Outlook knowledge

Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn basic SQL select statements

Basic understanding of database tables

Knowledge of different data file types a plus (CSV, TXT, EDI)

Knowledge of MS Access and Crystal Reports a plus

AA degree or equivalent experience required, BA or BS ideal; with course work in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science and/or web development.
