We are seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst I for our Information Technology Department, with opportunities in San Diego and Temecula.
Responsible for formulating and defining system scope and objectives for complex information system problems to meet the needs of customers with minimum supervision.
This position provides the opportunity to showcase your skills in development, maintenance and support of multiple initiatives at ASH including Corporate and E-Commerce Internet sites, B-to-B Extranet portal, corporate Intranet, and internal business applications. ASHs development environments make extensive use of Microsoft technologies and development tools.
EDUCATION:
Four-year college degree preferred; information systems or business degree helpful, but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of progressive experience performing computer programming with expertise in ASP, ASP.Net, VB, VB.Net, and OOP.
3 + years using relational database design/optimization with Microsoft SQL Server in a network environment.
Strong object oriented design and analysis are highly preferred.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to analyze, design, implement, and maintain an application throughout its entire lifecycle.
Problem solving, analytical and logical, interpersonal, and group communication skills are a must.
The individual must be able to work in a fast paced, team centered environment.
The ability to continuously learn new concepts and technologies as they evolve is an absolute requirement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments to meet required deadlines.
