We are a non-profit agency that provides emergency shelters and long term group home care (level 12) to children ages 6-18 who have been removed from their parents care due to abuse or neglect or who are active to the Probation Department and are unable to return home.



We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:





Serra Mesa area:

Fri-Sun 9pm-9am



El Cajon area:

Sat & Sun 9am-9pm

Mon-Fri 6am-2pm

Thurs-Sat 9pm-9am





Mira Mesa area:

Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm

Sat & Sun 9am-9pm

Thurs-Sat 9pm-9am



City Heights:

Sat-Tues 9am-9pm



Poway:

Thurs-Sat 9pm-9am





Floater for all areas:

Sun-Thurs 2pm-10pm

Tues-Sat 2pm-10pm



We also are looking to fill several on-call positions.









Job description:



Provides for the protection, physical safety and well-being of SED children. Food preparation, supervising and assisting residents in cleaning their living areas, administering and charting medications, completion of daily logs, supervising group and/or individual structured activities and transportation in our vans to and from appointments.



Requirements:



Experience in a residential treatment and/or BA degree preferred. Must be 21.

MUST be a professional with the ability to effectively set limits and function in crisis-oriented and high stress situations. Must have a clean DMV record, clean criminal background check and a California Drivers License.



Medical, dental, sick and vacation pay to full-time staff.



Pay rate between $9.50-$10.50 depending on experience.
