Goal-Driven Engineer who is willing to take on new challenges.



You will work with a team of developers to maintain and develop software applications providing complex high-speed transaction processing in a multi-platform environment. Close interaction with stakeholders regarding technical support and documentation.



The wide range of projects includes GUIs, TCP/IP networking, high-volume transaction processing, persistent memory management and database connectivity and tuning.



Minimum Qualifications

-- 2+ years of programming experience developing software systems.

-- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

-- Recent experience developing UNIX applications using Java or C.

-- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills.

-- Possess excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

-- Understanding of object oriented analysis, design, and programming.

-- Experience with XML and RDBMS data repositories



Preferred Qualifications

-- Common Java open source tools

-- Familiarity with J2EE EJBs plus WebSphere/JBoss Application Servers configuration and deployment.

-- Database connectivity using JDBC to Oracle or DB2.

-- Familiarity with web and enterprise applications development including JSP.
