Seeking attorney who has an interest in working on family law cases. You will be an on call independent contractor. You will get paid per billed hour at a variable rate between $50 and $75 per hour. You will be making court appearances, preparing dissolution documents, depositions, working with discovery documents, negotiating settlements, drafting Marital Settlement Agreements and doing court trials.



Enthusiasm and hard work required. You must be knowledgeable regarding the basics of California Family Practice and be willing to learn the rest. Office is located in Escondido. This position may become an associate attorney position based upon volume of work and if your performance is impressive.
