Patent Prosecution Paralegal or Secretary

PATENT PROSECUTION SECRETARY/PARALEGAL. Centrally-located boutique IP firm is seeking a patent prosecution secretary or paralegal to support their growing firm. This is a great opportunity for an individual with 2 plus years experience. Bring your PTO, PCT and other US and foreign office experience to support very busy attorneys and to work closely with a paralegal and 2 legal assistants. The right candidate must possess the ability to learn quickly and multi-task along with initiating strong working relationships with clients, attorneys and staff. Qualified candidates will also have excellent computer, typing (min 70 wpm), organization and communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Word a plus. Law firm experience mandatory, along with a stable work history. Pay range is DOE, but the general range is $45k to 75K, DOE.
