Under the supervision of the Area Director, directs & manages overall daily operation of club program with the primary concern for program and service delivery, supervision of staff, providing informal guidance to members, and maintaining a positive atmosphere at the club. Also responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with parents and school personnel. Markets the program to students and parents. Position begins as soon as possible.
Bachelorsˇ¦ Degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent education experience.
Minimum of one year of experience in a Boys & Girls Clubs or similar organization. Must have the ability to supervise staff, plan & conduct activities, and possess skills to direct & guide young people. A current driverˇ¦s license as well as maintenance of a safe driving record is also required.
Ability to obtain a Class B license with passenger endorsement and school bus cert with airbrake endorsement within 1 year.

„« Market program through a variety of sources, including: school newsletter and monthly take-home calendars
„« Keep all equipment in good repair and ready for play; keep area clean and orderly
„« Purchase supplies as needed
„« Perform other job related duties as needed to meet the requirements of the position
