I have worked in the Construction Trades and Maintenance/Service Trades for over 20 years, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting. Also very experienced at CCTV, Alarm, Fire, Networking , Computers, and Phone systems installation and Service. I'm Now 52 and want to take a more full time Manager/Supervisor position....I have managed and Supervised up to 30 crews, and am Presently working as a working Maintenance Manager. I'm trying to find a long term position. I'm in good shape,But to be honest I find it more difficult to climb around in attics, lay flooring, carry roofing stacks up ladders, and various other heavy labor trades, so need to hopefully find a company who needs experience more than a hands on person. or at least limited labor.I still can do such tasks as Electrical Service, and most other low voltage service duties...As well as Training of various trades.. I would also possibly be interested in such trades as installation and setup of Kiosk Systems.
