Responsibilities:
Proactively streamline and facilitate work demands of team members, providing administrative support with high level accuracy and timeliness.
Duties:
- Fielding and screening telephone calls
- Data entry/data management
- Office organization
- Sorting and routing mail
- Filing
- Copying, printing and collating materials
- Bank deposits
- Short errands
- Processing orders
- Coordinating mailings
- Petty cash management
- Trade show preparation
Number of hours:
20 – 30 per week
The ideal candidate is/has:
- 4+ years experience in a business/administrative setting
- College degree (or combination of education and experience)
- Strong computer and Internet research skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good customer service skills
- Friendly and professional
- Accurate, prompt and reliable
- Strong organizational and communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to take ownership of projects and issues – and seek resolution
