We have an opening for a receptionist/scheduler position for an individual that has the following qualities:
* Excellent Phone and Customer Service Skills – Answering phones & scheduling
* Good with Logistics - Familiar with San Diego County and Traffic Patterns
* Good Typing & Computer Skills - Proficient in MS Office Applications
* Neat Handwriting
* Must Be Extremely Detail Oriented with Good Organizational Skills
* Ability to Multi-Task
* Ability to Work Under Deadlines/Pressure and Stay Focused on Task
* Positive Thinking/Attitude
* Assist with General Office Duties, Filing, Organization

Full Time 8am – 5 pm / 1 hr Lunch
