I am currently renting a 1BR/1BA apartment at The Summit at Mission Bay, but I need to move due job relocation. I got a fantastic deal on the apartment, a part of a one-day special that was offered in May, and hasn't been offered since. The standard rent is $1075.00, and a garage is $75.00/mo. But I got the rent discounted to $999 plus a FREE garage. It's really a great deal and I do love the apartment. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, and there is a nice breeze most of the time. If you take over my lease, which expires in Oct., 2008, you will be getting this same deal I have. I did see that my apartment office is advertising an apartment just like mine, but it is $75 more per month, and does not have a garage.
