We are currently seeking an innovative, forward-thinking professional to become our Creative Manager. As a key member of the marketing team, the Creative Manager will have responsibility for all of the company’s visual design elements, from the website to all advertising communication. Experience with e-commerce, electronic marketing and online brand management is a must, preferably at an interactive agency or B2B focused internet company.
Furthermore, the Creative Manager will collaborate with the product development team to ensure that all written advertising copy and other customer touch points effectively communicate OneCoach’s brand position as the leader in franchise business coaching for the small business and entrepreneur segment.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with great aesthetic and sales instincts, though OneCoach is a growing company with an entrepreneurial culture where “everyone” rolls up their sleeves and possesses a whatever it takes approach.
Principal Responsibilities will include:
* Leading strategic and creative brainstorming and campaign development sessions including owning agreed upon execution.
* Developing web design that optimizes site usability and conversion in a public, member, community and franchise partner environment
* Directing creative execution for online advertising, print collateral and direct response.
* Maintaining brand consistency and design excellence across multiple projects, platforms and media.
* Managing both internal and external design resources.
