Participates in the execution of an effective quality assurance program to ensure that the operational components of MedImpact's Medicare Part D program and services meet client requirements and government regulations. Works under general supervision. Limited degree of independence, creativity and latitude is required.





1 - 2 years of related testing experience including healthcare or managed care or government programs quality assurance experience, preferably in a PBM environment.





BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.





Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and practical application. Ability to research, assess, audit, and apply information to practices and standards. Strong analytical and problem solving ability. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office PC usage with an emphasis on Word, Excel, MS Access and Project. Experience with SQL and exposure to UNIX computer enviornment.
