I am wanting to rent a unit within the Temecula area. I only want to rent from property owners/landlords and have excellent prior rental references. What I am looking for is below:



*2 bedrooms.

*Appliances included (washer and dryer would be great but not required)

*some utilities included (water, trash)

*between $1000-1150 per month

*available as of Oct 1st or soon thereafter.

*would like pets accepted though not a requirement as we do not currently have any animals.

*dishwasher, disposal, refridgerator included

*newer built units, under 10 years old.

*would be nice if a small yard/patio was included.

*I have a preference to townhouses and condos.



We are nonsmokers. I am a full time student studying to become a physician. I also work from home. We are great renters and a great family. If you have anything that would fit this please let me know. We are wanting to establish a place soon. I prefer to be in town over a country setting as my child attends elementary school.
