Hello!

I am a soon-to-be-divorced dad of two young kids (8 and 10). I want to stay as close to them as possible, so I need to find housing in La Costa so that I can be close to my kids and spend as much time with them as possible.

Money is tight right now, but I expect that to improve in the next year, so I am trying to find a 0/1/2 bedroom place that is clean and safe and inexpensive for myself and my kids when they stay with me.



I would love to find someone with a granny flat or condo that would be interested in offsetting some of the rent for services -- I am a computer professional and a very good handyman (from working on my own home for 10 years). I really am not thrilled about working with a rental agency or living in a big apartment complex -- I'd like to try and keep things as close to what my kids are used to as possible.
