Mid-size San Diego law firm dealing with analysis and investigation of claims under title insurance policies seeks certified Paralegal. Responsibilities include drafting deeds, easements, assignments/releases of judgment, modification/ratification/subordination of deeds of trusts among other recorded documents. Research chains of title and relevant property and insurance law, meet with government entities to gather real property related information. Relevant experience required.
