Nice Bedroom for rent in 2BR, 2Bath Condo-W/D In Unit!

Hello there folks. I am seeking a roomate for the master bedroom of my Condo in Normal Heights, one block south of Adams Ave.

I am a working gal in my late 20's and this month am paying full rent so I am looking for someone ASAP! I am in the middle of a lease, which you would sign onto in place of my old roommate.

I prefer a quasi responsible (we all try) working adult around my age that is not a hard core partier but doesn't mind weekend fun sometimes. Or if you like quiet, that's fine too!

The unit is nice and the room is 12' x 15' approx-- this measurement doesn't even include the full, private bathroom attached to the room! I have my own bath seperate from yours! There is a LR, small kitchen and a WASHER/DRYER and DISHWASHER in the unit! Its a great deal!

The neighbors are all condo owners so there are a few things you need to have to apply:

-Decent Credit and a $25 Application fee
-$600 Deposit
- Be a kind respectful neighbor who enjoys living next door to some very mellow, fun and polite people (mostly younger married couples).
-I'd prefer you stay until the lease finishes Sept 30, 2009.
